Rototilt’s sustainability work is based on a long-term perspective, where engagement, a systematic approach and participation at every stage are of crucial importance. This applies to financial as well as to environmental and social responsibility.
As a supplier, employer and player in society, Rototilt® must contribute actively to sustainable social development. Sustainability must always be a key issue, regardless of whether we are working with long-term skills development through collaboration with schools or with improving resource and energy efficiency in our production processes. It is equally important for us to implement continual improvements in the working environment of our employees. We are making progress every day, working constantly with social, economic and environmental sustainability through both internal and external initiatives. Work is underway to develop our sustainability strategy in order to identify concrete steps for the way forward.
We achieve success by working on the basis of common values and guiding principles. This starts with our core values – precision, commitment, added value and professionalism. To be sensitive to our customer’s challenges and opportunities, to develop products that embody quality and safety, to act with common sense in all our encounters and thereby to offer even more to our customers, employees and the outside world. The journey towards a more sustainable future is long, and we’re not there yet. To ensure that our efforts actually yield results and to identify areas for improvement, we produce an annual sustainability report.

We must always conduct business in accordance with good business practice and with high ethics in all our relationships. This work is based on our values as well as on our policies, of course, where active work to achieve sustainable development is crucial. Both as a company and as individuals, we must always bear in mind how our actions affect our employees, partners, customers, suppliers and the world around us. To ensure this, we have a management system for quality, the environment and health and safety, as well as an anti-corruption policy. Our goal is to create a sustainable Rototilt® from an environmental, social and economic perspective. This is based on continuous, active and preventive work aimed at using energy and raw materials efficiently as well as improving the environmental performance of our products, processes and transport operations. Our health and safety policy is largely based on our goal of being a “Great Place to Work”, a healthy, safe and stimulating workplace for our employees. However, we must also shape the working environment in the long term from a holistic perspective where everyone is included. Monitoring and continuous improvements, as well as complying with laws and regulations, are a matter of course.
