Award-winning innovations

The ultimate proof of our innovations is always how well they are received by users. Improving the excavator operator’s day-to-day work is what drives our product development, and is consequently the foundation for our award-winning innovations. These innovations include the SecureLock™ electronic safety solution that holds the work tool securely in place, and the Quick Change™ quick coupler system that enables rapid and safe tool changes from the excavator’s cab. This also applies to the award-winning design of RC™ Joysticks, developed to achieve optimum ergonomics, comfort and driving experience. With our partners, extensive field testing and the latest technology in our state-of-the-art development centre, you are only limited by your imagination.

Rototilt’s latest production investment

Our latest production investment is a state-of-the-art factory measuring 4,300 m2. It is our largest investment ever in capacity, quality and growth. It also represents a significant investment in digitalization and automation, which means better decision support and quality assurance from the incoming delivery of components to the outgoing delivery of finished products. Innovations in the factory include even higher accuracy as regards quality assurance, a sharp increase in capacity and advanced final testing with a high level of precision, verifying that all the preceding production stages have been correct. In the long run, this will entail a number of new benefits for you as a customer.

High-tech R&D centre

In conjunction with the expansion of our factory in Vindeln, we have also built new premises for testing and development – a high-tech R&D centre. Here, we test all our technical solutions before they reach the market, by exposing them to stresses that simulate real work operations. In our modern breaking rig, for example, we test our attachments and tiltrotators to find out the precise location of the products’ failure point. In the long run, this means that you can feel even more confident that your Rototilt products will live up to their promises.
