Stefan has a solid background, including holding the positions of CEO and sales manager in the manufacturing sector and for companies operating on a global market. His most recent post was as CEO of Emballator Metal Group, a company with annual sales of around SEK 1 billion and with a high proportion of exports. Stefan is now taking over the role of Marketing and Sales Manager at Rototilt Group AB from Per Väppling, who is retiring.

“Stefan is joining us at a good time to build on the foundations that Per Väppling has built. The investment in our new product platform, Rototilt Control, is set to continue with an entirely new tiltrotator series and a new control system. We will be strengthening our market presence on both new and existing markets, and so Stefan’s experience will come in handy,” says CEO Anders Jonsson about the recruitment.

Stefan Bergström was attracted by the combination of growing international sales and the fact that Rototilt is a family business.

“After many years working for large, international companies and organisations, it feels incredibly exciting to be joining and contributing to a family business with a long-term approach and a clear vision: ‘A Rototilt on every excavator’. I hope that my experience and background in international sales and cooperation with large customers will be useful in Rototilt’s continued journey of growth,” says Stefan, continuing: “I look forward to heading out as soon as possible and starting to meet dealers, machine manufacturers and end customers so that I can get to know the sector quickly.”
