As each year passes, the demand for more control, innovation and user-ability only grows greater. Alongside this growing demand is the need for increasingly state-of-the-art control systems which can easily be added to any excavation machine's system. Introducing the RC™ System, our creative and future-reaching control system, which enables operators to utilise all tiltrotators tasks at once in the same action. To achieve the highest precision movements, the system can be used to combine the tiltrotator with the RC series pressure-compensated hydraulics. Each system is uniquely tuned to each machine, ensuring compatibility and a faultless experience. These systems are also enabled to work with RC™ Joysticks for tasks such as track or wheel control.

Larger than its predecessor, the new RC™ System has a 4.3-inch touch display. Planned with a fully user-friendly system, operators will find it easy to operate. It also includes a range of new functions crafted for excavator jobs of the future. With no time to waste, auto-calibration ensures quick and practical installation. Highlighted features include two keystroke SecureLock™ operations directly from the display and the remote assistance option supported by the RC™ Connect app. Of course, home position, angle display and the pulse function all remain for those well-versed in Rototilt's products.

Proportional

RC™ System is a proportional control system that allows all the tiltrotator’s functions to be controlled in one and the same excavation movement.

Home position

Return to a predetermined position with the simple push of a button.

Pulse function

RC™ System’s pulsating and shaking function means that you can, for example, spread material evenly from your bucket.

Angle display

The angle display shows the angle of the tiltrotator and can be calibrated so that it is optimised for the bucket used by the operator, for example.

Operator settings

The adaptation of hydraulics and handles provides the opportunity for personalised settings, where you can also adjust the speed of rotation, tilt, grapple module, extra function and valve block shunt.

Integration with your machine control systems

When a tiltrotator, control system, excavator machine and its system work together in perfect harmony, you can work smarter, not harder. Paired with your excavation system, Rototilt’s positioning solution, RPS, can pinpoint in real-time the exact location of the tool. By doing this, operators can control and measure all tasks, and in turn, increase their effectiveness. RPS is designed to work with the leading excavation systems in the industry, including XL Pro, Topcon, MOBA/Novatron, DigAssist, Trimble, DigPilot, Leica iDig, Makin 3D, L5, and UniControl. Through this integration, users are able to manoeuvre their tiltrotator to its fullest range of extension and movement. Basic control systems - TLE™ and TE™

For dual hydraulic circuit operating excavators, Rototilt has created the TE™ and TLE™ (Tilt-Extra and Tilt-Lock-Extra) control systems. These basic systems allow for switching in tilt functions and offer an extra hydraulic outlet.
